Been missing Fixie Fridays? Well Dietrich has some fixed gear fun to hold you over with something cooked up for saturday Sept. 19th at 6pm. A Fixed gear bike race from Behind Bars to 56 Brewing where a few other fixed challenges will be held and prized will be awarded. Ya got to have a game of foot down and why not throw in a longest skid competition! There will also be spoke card crafting, and exchange.
Single-speed also welcome, or anyone else who is willing to spectate and celebrate.
Back by popular demand! Another edition of Twenty-Six Inch Tuesday is happening Sept 22nd, 2026. Join us and Ambassador Andy for an evening of '80s and '90s 26" mountain bike love, appreciation and adventure. Meet at 6:30pm with wheels down at 7. We encourage you to ride your vintage MTBs but you're welcome to just come and celebrate the enthusiasm for the original 26er on any bike. There may be some fun challenges to win prizes for participants riding their classic mountain bikes. Ride will end at Pryes Brewing where pizza and refreshments will be enjoyed.
Wednesday, Oct 7th, 2026 at 6pm, GenX will lead you on another history themed social ride from the shop! This time around we explore Minneapolis sites. connected to the prohibition era times. The Grain Belt Brewery and Shaw's Bar & Grill in Northeast, The Foshay Tower/Prohibition Bar in Downtown, and Volstead's Emporium in Uptown. Bring lights as the evening's activities will end after sundown.
Approximately 15 miles ending the night at Pryes Brewing just across the river from the Shop!
